Crabtree Media Stream

For the past year, crabtree has contributed on a variety of fronts - including media, product, and community.
He is the creator of Gameday, a Krause House product for internal and external creators. He was the creator of the Uncle Jon Story, a documentary on our first seasons of being team owners. This involved travel to six BIG 3 games and other locations.
He also was the in-house photographer for NFT.NYC, co-hosted NBA watch parties, created a variety of social content, and designed the onboarding videos to support the community.
This stream will allow us to continue creating original media approaches for the community and providing talking points of value in ownership & partnership conversations.
p.s. Crabtree wants to emphasize that the Ball Hogs storytelling is the majority of the monthly work in this proposal.

Peter Stream Request - Cross-Platform AI Strategy

Requesting funding for April (partial month), May, June, and July to continue developing Krause House's custom AI products using large language models.
Shifting focus from a custom-built platform to backend AI-basketball systems development in order to create an outwardly publishable media brand, currently named Jerry's Corner.
Jerry's Corner aspires to revolutionize media distribution through innovative software development, utilizing advanced AI, composable technology, and real-time NBA stats and fan reactions to create dynamic, engaging content for Krause House across multiple platforms.
Seamlessly integrating various distribution strategies with a unique, consistent personality, this project redefines content consumption while fostering a deeper connection between Krause House and its fans, transcending traditional media boundaries.

Renew Medium Budget

This proposal aims to renew the Medium budget for the Krause House DAO in order to continue growing our audience on Medium and reach new investors, contributors, and partners.
The goal is to publish 1 weekly article on KH Medium (+1000 words) + Thread on Twitter. These articles will focus on educating our audience on the benefits of blockchain technology in sports, as well as providing updates on the progress of the Krause House project.
By expanding our reach on Medium, we will be able to attract more individuals who share our vision and are interested in investing, contributing or becoming partners with us.

QUAI 54 / 2024 KH Team Submission

Proposal outlines a plan to submit a team to compete at the Quai54 2024 on behalf of Krause House in partnership with Princeton & In The Lab.
What is Quai54? It is the world’s biggest streetball event, sponsored by Brand Jordan.

Summary: The scope of work for this includes up to 3 days per week, or 12 days per month by Lewwwk#4227 focused on:

Supporting NBA acquisition leads in transaction structuring and closing
Identifying, leading, and managing SPV opportunities across sport
Establishing our capital infrastructure, including fund and SPV capabilities
Engaging and managing capital partners, investors, advisors, and contributors

In The Lab and the BIG3 Ball Hogs are partnering up to do a Merch Design Contest for the 2023 season!

Led by NBA vets Leandro Barbosa & Jodie Meeks, the Ball Hogs are looking to get extra swaggy this year.

What we're looking for:

Shorts Design with Ball Hogs logo on it
Hat Design with Ball Hogs logo on it

We're giving the community FULL control over what gets designed.

The best designs selected by Nav#6336 and itsunclejon#7365 from either In The Lab or Krause House communities the will earn free merchandise that they designed.
