Give newcomers a place to prove themselves while getting some compensation if they deliver results.
Allow the DAO to vet newcomers before proposals and build trust.
Incentivize sporadic contribution from the broader community.
Distribute $KRAUSE to contributors who are not being paid otherwise.
What is Coordinape?
Coordinate is a tool where community members allocate credit/praise to others based on their contributions to the DAO that month. This allows more Jerry’s to both earn and have a say in where $KRAUSE gets allocated.

🦾 Defining Fan Ownership: GladRobot’s Updates & where you can chip in!
In late August, GladRobot’s proposal to help define Fan Ownership passed.
In September GladRobot also produced a survey for defining Fan Ownership and interviewed multiple community members.
Since then, he’s researched Fan Engagement strategies far & wide and has evaluated top fanbases around the globe while uncovering the secret sauce that makes fan “tick.” More importantly, he’s put together his learnings into multiple actionable reports around how we can add value to team ownership.

Product Definition around a Minority Team Stake
“Dropping a first draft of defining fan ownership. I'm currently working on designing a membership model. It centers around encrypted polls which gives a focused voice to millions of crazy fans. Other key pillars are reputation, foreign country activation and member generated media. At this stage, I'm hoping to gather feedback about what's broken, unwanted or missing. My next steps are probably some trimming of scope and deeper definition around what's working.”

Ballon d’Or Winners Receive Golden Ledger Nano along with NFT
The Ballon d’Or ceremony was yesterday where it was announced footballers Karim Benzema, Alexia Putellas, Gavi, Thibaut Courtois, and Robert Lewandowski received the male Golden Ball, female Golden Ball, Kopa Trophy, Yachine Trophy and Gerd Müller Trophy.
Winners were given NFTs along with the prestigious award and wallet maker Ledger is giving them a golden Ledger Nano to “secure it.”

GladRobot and Mario would like to experiment with using Playback to watch live sports with the KH community. We can create our own streaming room where we can watch, chat and hang out — all on one screen, in real time.
Requirements:
“We can use their service. It’s free. We’d get paid for some engagement we farm on their platform. All viewers would need nba league pass.” - GladRobot
Must be entertaining to listen to for at least 30 mins - 2 hours.
Must have NBA league pass so we’re compliant.
Social Media clout is a bonus because Playback pays creators to stream.

📖 First Book Club with NBA trainer Idan Ravin is in the books!
The first session of “The Hoops Whisperer” Book Club with Idan Ravin was kicked-off Sunday Oct 16th at 7pm ET / 4pm PT for chapters 1-11. Idan broke down how he came to write the book, broke down some of the chapters and lessons… and even shared additional insights into his journey that were not in the book!
He also gave a quick shooting tip to Edgy but we all know Edgy is a lost cause.
The second session (chapters 12 - 22) and third session (chapters 23 - 33) will be held on October 30th and November 13th respectively.
